The Coaching Factory was started by Anthony van der Riet who had been in Real Estate for over 35 years specialising in Training and Coaching for the Real Estate profession, with a strong emphasis on Risk Management, Corporate Governance, Coaching and Mentoring of Principals and Agents.

Real Estate had always been in Anthony’s blood and started his career in Commercial & Industrial with Sanlam Properties, after completing his studies at Wits, before venturing into Residential Sales, Rentals and Auctioneering.

After several years as an agent, manager and owner of a Real Estate company, Anthony followed his passion for training and coaching, which he started doing on a full-time basis.

The Coaching Factory started in 2007 and contracts to various Real Estate companies in South Africa on a consultancy basis, whereby coaching and training is done at the client’s premises, and on-line via Skype or Zoom.

Anthony successfully completed the Services Seta Assessor and Facilitation courses and received accreditation through Assessment College of South Africa (Certificate No. AC/09/OA00492) on 18 February 2009.
